We promise that this one will make you smile.

Get. Those towels. Ready.
The Red Sox legend is still recovering from a gunshot wound he suffered to his lower back in his native Domincan Republic on Sunday, but a recent update from his wife Tiffany on Wednesday claimed that Big Papi was able to sit up and take a few steps.
This positive news came less than 24 hours after Ortiz was only able to flash a few smiles and speak to loved ones.
So to hear that he is able to convey an impassioned message to the Bruins as they chase their seventh Stanley Cup trophy in franchise history is nothing short of miraculous. But at the same time, it summarizes EVERYTHING we've come to know and love about Papi.
Maybe David Ortiz has reached out to the #Bruins to let them know he wants to be part of the pregame ceremony tonight if he's feeling better this morning? Don't bet against David appearing on the @tdgarden video board in some form tonight and it becomes biggest story in the world pic.twitter.com/VkgPb1DoFP

You hit the nail right on the head, Mr. Silva.
The Bruins and their enormous fanbase will likely be motivated beyond belief coming into Wednesday night's Game 7, but to hear from a city legend (who was in emergency surgery just three days ago) before the puck drops spells nothing but doom for the Blues.
We advise EVERYBODY to tune in ahead of the 8:00 p.m. ET start time.
