David Price Expected to Come off Injured List and Pitch for Red Sox on Sunday
By Ryan Giglio

There's no doubt that 2019 has been a disappointing season for the Boston Red Sox.
However, the tides may begin to turn as the calendar shifts to September.
The Sox will be getting David Price back from the injured list on Sunday and he's expected to start against the Angels. Price has been shelved since Aug. 8 with a cyst in his left wrist.

The lefty struggled in his previous two starts before the IL placement, surrendering a combined 11 runs on 18 hits in only seven innings of work.
The 34-year-old has not been that great during the entire season. Despite his 7-5 record, Price has a 4.36 ERA.

A healthy and effective Price will go a long way for a Boston team looking to surge its way into the playoffs. The Sox have won seven out of their last 10 games and are six games out of a wild card spot.
