David Price's feud with Dennis Eckersley is no secret to fans of the Red Sox and MLB, but there's an interesting coincidence since the most recent iteration of the feud.

Ever since Price spoke on Eckersley and his documentary, his performance on the mound has been underwhelming, to say the least.

One might even say his performance has been horrible.

Price's ERA has risen .70 points in the three starts since the presser. Allowing 13 runs in just over 14 innings is not good for a $200 million pitcher.

It's not easy to pitch in a big market when you're dealing with off-the-field nonsense too.

Either way, Price needs to figure things out. Boston is fighting for a playoff spot and needs someone to step up down the stretch. The Red Sox have struggled with pitching all season, and Price showing a semblance of his former dominant self could be a pleasant surprise for the Sox going forward.

But as it stands, Price is not looking good right now.
