Lost in the commotion of the Mookie Betts trade was the fact that an experienced, All-Star left-handed starter was also going to the Los Angeles Dodgers in that monumental deal. David Price, who figured to be LA's No. 3 starter, was pretty much unhittable against the Colorado Rockies in Spring Training today, as he struck out seven Rockies in just three innings of work.

It sure looks like Price had the cutter working today. That's another reason for excitement in an offseason that's been full of it around Chavez Ravine.

The Dodgers had one of the best rotations in baseball before Price was added to the mix. Now that the veteran southpaw will be in the same rotation as Clayton Kershaw and Walker Buehler, the Dodgers are likely to be in a class all their own in the NL.
