Deebo Samuel officially signs monster extension with the 49ers

The drama is officially over for the San Francisco 49ers and wideout Deebo Samuel. With him not practicing with the team due to his contract issues, people were worried things could go into the season.

That's not going to happen. Over the weekend, Samuel and the team reached an agreement on the massive three-year extension. On Monday, things were made official.

This came after DK Metcalf put the pen to paper on his new deal with the Seahawks. Now, though, Samuel is also a happy man and he can now focus on balling out for the 49ers and new starting QB Trey Lance.
