VIDEO: Footage Allegedly Shows Former NBA Player Delonte West in Rough Shape After Apparent Violent Incident
By Michael Luciano

A former NBA starter on some of the best teams of the 2000s could be in major trouble, as his unpredictable behavior might've resulted in a run-in with law enforcement. A video surfaced that shows a man speaking inaudible gibberish after a fight on the side of a highway in Washington, DC. Rumors and his appearance hint at the possibility that the man in the video could be former NBA veteran Delonte West.

West, a former first round pick out of St. Joseph's, averaged 9.7 points-per-game in a nine-year NBA career, mostly with the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers. In Cleveland, he was known for his clashes with a young LeBron James.
West's behavior has been getting increasingly erratic as he struggles with bipolar disorder, according to his brother Dmitri. West has reportedly been seen walking around without shoes in Houston, and some have even claimed that he was homeless, living in his native DMV area.
If this is indeed him, West's post-basketball life would have taken another sad turn.
Apparently Delonte West was seen getting beat up in the street this Morning. I went to school with him and it’s crazy to see just how his life has gone downhill since the NBA. pic.twitter.com/chm6Sbu9h6
