DeMeco Ryans is the favorite to be the next Texans head coach
The San Francisco 49ers hold the best defense in the league and you've got to give a ton of credit to head coach Kyle Shanahan for the way his team has played. However, don't forget about defensive coordinator DeMeco Ryans, who has been amazing.
Ryans has been so great, it's looking like his days with the 49ers could be ending after the 2022 season officially comes to a close for the 49ers. Houston is ready to come calling.

It'd be a great hire for the Texans, who are in need of a new leader for the franchise. Ryans would be a home-run hire. We'll see if it goes down or not.
