Derek Carr benched as Raiders starting quarterback

This is a move that no one expected. On Wednesday, shocking news arrived out of Las Vegas, as it was announced that Derek Carr will not start for the Raiders for the team's last two games of the campaign. Holy smokes.
With this, Jarrett Stidham will take over the offense for the final two games. This stings for Carr, but new head coach Josh McDaniels clearly saw enough after the team's loss to the Steelers in Week 16.

Carr has been through so many ups and downs with this team. The hope was that bringing in Davante Adams would help out LV, but they squad took a step back this season. Who knows what the future has in store for Carr.
