VIDEO: Deshaun Watson Carries 2 Bills Defenders Into the End Zone as Texans Get on the Board
By Karl Rasmussen
The Houston Texans failed to get on the board throughout the entire first half of their Wild Card clash with the Buffalo Bills, but that all changed in the third quarter. Deshaun Watson took a run toward the sideline and saw some daylight, opting to cut inside and go for six. After receiving some helpful blocks, Watson put the team on his back as he barreled through a pair of Bills defenders, fighting his way into the end zone for the score. An impressive 20-yard run for No. 4.
Watson's determination on that play was remarkable, as he carried two Bills defenders for almost six yards.
In order to make it a one-score game, Bill O'Brien's Texans lined up to go for two, and who else but Watson to punch it in, with another strong run.
Tremaine Edmunds wasn't able to bring him down as Watson's stiff arm fended him off before he extended his arm past the pylon.
