Doc Rivers to the Lakers rumors now on the table

With the NBA offseason almost here, several different rumors are starting to swirl. Free agency will be wild, but is there a chance that we could see some coaching changes too?

Per a report, there's word that the LA Lakers are interested in 76ers head coach Doc Rivers. Could this actually go down in the coming months?

There are always rumors galore at NBA pre-draft camps and this year isn't any different. Two long-running rumors that are gaining increased traction here in Chicago:
1. Doc Rivers to the Lakers (draft pick/picks as compensation).
2. Mike D'Antoni to replace Rivers in Philly.

This would turn the league upside down. Philly fans have a love/hate relationship with Rivers, as there was hope the team would win the NBA Finals this year. However, they choked in the playoffs. So, a move to LA for Rivers? We'll wait and see what goes down here.
