VIDEO: Joe Kelly Shatters Window With Terrible Throw While Attempting to Practice in Backyard
By Michael Luciano

The Los Angeles Dodgers are looking for all sorts of interesting ways to stave off cabin fever during the coronavirus quarantine, but reliever Joe Kelly has chosen to keep working on his craft in his backyard. His changeup, however, is clearly in need of some dire improvements, as his wife Ashley captured Kelly's latest attempt at practicing his control go horribly awry. Yeah, he lost the handle on a changeup and sent this pitch through a bedroom window, what of it?

How do you even miss a target that big by that much, especially when you've been a trusted MLB reliever on a World Series winner? And at a time when windows are more important than ever?!
Maybe Kelly just REALLY hated what his wife did with the window treatments in his house, and this was his way of getting revenge. It makes more sense than an MLB pitcher of his caliber missing that badly.

Dodgers fans better hope by the time that the season starts back up that Kelly is commanding his changeup better. If not, one of his best strikeout pitches could end up sailing into the opposing on-deck circle.
