Julio Urias can breathe a sigh of relief for the moment.

The 22-year-old Los Angeles Dodgers starter will not face charges in his domestic battery case.

The Los Angeles City Attorney announced the decision earlier on Monday. Urias was arrested for domestic violence back on May 13. Witnesses reported that Urias shoved the woman he was arguing with, though she reportedly claims that she fell.

Urias is now scheduled for a hearing in which he will be told no action will be taken, provided he is not arrested for a violent criminal act over the next year.

He's not out of the woods yet, though. The league is reportedly still conducting its own investigation.

The MLB has had a slew of issues relating to domestic violence in recent weeks, including Addison Russell's return from a 40-game suspension and Odubel Herrera's arrest in Atlantic City.

He has appeared in 12 games for the Dodgers this year, four of them starts. Urias has amassed 33 1/3 innings, logging a 3.78 ERA and 36 strikeouts prior to his absence.
