After a couple promising starts to begin his major league career, rookie right-hander Peter Lambert was shelled his last time out against the San Diego Padres where he last just three innings and allowed eight runs on nine hits. It won't get any easier tonight for Lambert against a dynamite Dodgers offense.

Los Angeles will be handing the ball to MLB's ERA leader (1.26), southpaw Hyun-Jin Ryu. The 32-year-old has been the ace of the Dodgers staff this season, and over his last seven starts he's posted a 0.55 ERA. His last time against the Chicago Cubs he tossed seven shutout innings with eight strikeouts.
