Week 3 of the NFL preseason will see bragging rights for the state of Florida on the line, as the Jacksonville Jaguars face the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night.

The Jaguars will get their first look at new starting quarterback Nick Foles, who's yet to take the field this preseason, but has reportedly performed strong during practices. As for the Dolphins, head coach Brian Flores will get a further look at quarterbacks Ryan Fitzpatrick and Josh Rosen, both vying for the starting job in Week 1.
