Dolphins won't try and trade for Deshaun Watson

For all the Miami fans hoping that Deshaun Watson would be making his way to town, that's not going to be happening. That's because the team has made it clear at the NFL Combine that the 'door is shut' on any trade with the Texans.
Watson has long been linked to Miami, but everyone can go ahead and forget about this idea going down.
Dolphins GM Chris Grier says “the door is shut on Deshaun Watson.” He says that is definitive and they believe in Tua Tagovailoa’s development going into Year 3.

This is important for Tua Tagovailoa, as it looks the Dolphins are ready to move forward with him as the starting QB. He'll need to have a big year in 2022 to silence his haters this time around.
