Finally, we have history. On what has otherwise been a Monday Night Football dud between the Saints and Colts, Drew Brees has solidified his name in the record books, at least until Tom Brady takes the field next week. Brees threw his 540th touchdown pass to Josh Hill at the beginning of the third quarter.

Brees is beloved in New Orleans, and the reaction from the Superdome crowd was as classy as ever. The future Hall of Famer has at least one more goal, and that's to bring another Super Bowl to the bayou. For now, though, Saints fans should relish this moment by one of the all-time greats.
