Dwyane Wade and Rick Ross gave the world the latest hip-hop/NBA crossover when they released their single "Season Ticket Holder" on Thursday. Then on Friday, they brought their single to Miami, with a live performance.
The duo shared the stage at American Airlines Arena on Friday, in the first night of a three-day celebration of Wade's career in Miami.
Wade's jersey will be retired during halftime of the Heat's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday. On Sunday, the first screening of Wade's upcoming ESPN documentary, “D. Wade: Life Unexpected” will be held at 3:30 p.m at the same venue.
"Season Ticket Holder" marks Wade's debut in the hip-hop industry, and even features former teammate Udonis Haslem (credited as UD40) and singer/producer Raphael Saadiq.
