Normally, when a coach moves on to another team or retires, their former players will compliment their former mentor and recall what an honor it was to learn under their wing. However, this was not the case for Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Andrew Dillard, who had nothing but criticism for a certain former coach at Washington State University.

Dilliard bashed Mike Leach this weekend, saying that playing under him felt like "a bit of a dictatorship."

While he is appreciative of Leeach giving him the opportunity to play at WSU, Dilliard was not a fan of the way the new Mississippi State boss coached his athletes. The current NFL offensive lineman thought that Leach only cared about the results on the field and not at all about his players' personal lives.

"He never gave out that vibe that he cared about his players on a personal level," said Dilard.

Dillard also goes off saying that Leach always put the blame on his players and never on himself. He called them fat and slow and overall did not show good leadership.

Mike Leach spent eight seasons as the head coach of Washington State before departing for Starkville.

After Dillard's brutally honest comments about playing under the command of Leach, it's worth monitoring how the mood of the Mississippi State program changes while he's in charge.
