VIDEO: Eagles Clearly Committed Delay of Game Penalty on Game-Winning TD Against Giants
By Ian Anderson

On the third-and-goal touchdown to Zach Ertz that won the Philadelphia Eagles their game against the New York Giants Monday night, there seemed to be a pretty blatant penalty committed that every referee on the field missed.

The play clock clearly hits zero a few seconds before the ball is snapped, but where is the yellow marker? Nowhere to be seen and the Giants lost because of it.
This seems to be a recurring issue in NFL games, however, and fans are tired of it. To allow such a miscue to happen on a critical play in the game is indefensible.
2020 NFL Draft order as of Week 15:
— Field Yates (@FieldYates) December 10, 2019
1. Bengals: 1-12
2. Giants: 2-11
3. Redskins: 3-10
4. Dolphins: 3-10
5. Lions: 3-9-1
6. Cardinals: 3-9-1
7. Jaguars: 4-9
8. Falcons: 4-9
9. Jets: 5-8
10. Chargers: 5-8
Despite the controversial end result, this is a win-win for both teams. The Eagles are now tied with the Dallas Cowboys for the lead in the NFC East at a pathetic 6-7, and the Giants are in sole possession of the No. 2 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, where they can select stud pass rusher Chase Young.
