Eagles DT Fletcher Cox Fends off Home Intruder With a Shotgun
By Michael Luciano

Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Fletcher Cox didn't practice last Wednesday with what was called an "illness." That designation appears to not be the story, however, as Cox missed practice following a break in at his house.
A man identified as Corbyn Nyemah tried to break into Cox's home while trying to find his ex-girlfriend. He promptly vacated the premises when the 300-pound defensive tackle brandished a shotgun.

He scared him off with a shotgun.
Of note: Cox missed practice on Oct. 16 due to what #Eagles said was an “illness.” The incident happened the night before.

This could have gotten much messier than it did, so Cox should be thankful that no one was injured, or worse.
