An already bruised and battered Philadelphia team, potentially also without All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson, cannot afford to have Ertz inactive for this game.
Ertz has been quarterback Carson Wentz's favorite target by far this season recording 88 catches for 916 yards and six touchdowns. The Pro-Bowler serves as Philly's No. 1 tight end and No. 1 wide receiver and has formed a great one-two punch with the Eagles' other TE in Dallas Goedert.

Out: WR Nelson Agholor (Knee)
Questionable: TE Zach Ertz (ribs, back), T Lane Johnson (ankle)
Miles Sanders will play.
If both Goedert and Ertz are on the field, Seattle could have a tough time come Sunday. Tight ends have always been their kryptonite, see George Kittle last week, but the return of Quandre Diggs would prove to be a huge spark-plug for a defense that has suffered recently.
