Eagles got their revenge on the Chiefs in a MNF thriller
Philly was able to post a memorable 21-17 victory
It most certainly wasn't pretty, but the Philadelphia Eagles and their fans will take it. On Monday night, in a rematch of last year's Super Bowl, the Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs met in KC - the entire world was watching this one.
The Chiefs had plenty of chances to post a memorable win, but they dropped the ball, literally. Patrick Mahomes got no help from his receivers and a Travis Kelce fumble in the red zone haunted Kansas City in the 21-17 Eagles victory.
Jalen Hurts was held to only 150 passing yards and an interception, but his two rushing scores proved to be the difference for the NFC East side. With that win, the Eagles are now 9-1 on the season. The Chiefs have fallen to 7-3.
