VIDEO: Eagles Tweet Bizarre Highlight Clip of Darius Slay Incorporating None of His 19 Career Interceptions
By Mark Powell

Nothing gets Eagles fans more excited over their latest secondary addition than watching Darius Slay make tackles three yards downfield. Philly's social media account welcomed Slay to the City of Brotherly Love with a highlight video. At first, it's absolutely fine, and a good collection of plays and editing. Yet, one thing sticks out: Why no interceptions?
Darius Slay has 19 career interceptions.... but lets make a highlight reel of him allowing catches and making tackles. This is so weird. https://t.co/59wapAOfgO

To be fair, the Eagles are probably used to cornerbacks who are only good for making downfield tackles. It's completely logical that they might not know what an interception is, and boy are they in for a treat when Slay gets into town.
Here, let's try this one on for size.

One less thing for Carson Wentz to worry about!
Slay has made three straight Pro Bowls and is as fiery as they come. He'll fit right in with this Eagles team looking to rebound from an 8-8 season.

Slay is just 1 of 3 players to have more than one INT in each of the last 6 years.

There: something for Eagles fans to actually get excited about.
