General manager Howie Roseman and the Philadelphia Eagles have been able to build a roster that's sustained success over the last three seasons. They've done it with a combination of solid draft selections and free agency additions. And when you consider this fact, it's even more impressive how they've done it all.

The Eagles have given out nine contracts that average at least $10 million in annual value, which leads the NFL. So, you would that Philadelphia would be in cap hell, right? Nope! They somehow have over $20 million in cap remaining for 2020.

This stat just shows how much Roseman understands how to maneuver around the cap. He has acquired many impact players but has figured out a way to distribute the team's funds in a way where nobody is truly unhappy. Take care of your stars without grossly overpaying for anybody and this is what you get.

Seeing something like this shown make Eagles fans grin ear to ear knowing that there is always an influx of talent coming to Philadelphia without major cap implications being the end result.

Many other fans bases wish they had a GM who is a cap wizard like Roseman. Just ask the Los Angeles Rams.

For all the Philly fans out there that give the Eagles and their management grief from time to time, just take a look back on this and realize you have one of the best situations in the NFL by far.
