Eagles LB Kamu Grugier-Hill Posts Farewell Instagram to Philly Fans as He Enters Free Agency

It has been a day of hectic movement around the NFL, with new information about players and their landing spots seemingly coming in every minute. One of those teams that will look a little different in 2020 is the Philadelphia Eagles, after one of their Super Bowl-winning players announced that they would be moving on from the team.
Linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill, a member of the team for four seasons, announced on his instagram page that he would not be returning to the Eagles for the 2020 NFL season. Grugier-Hill, who was a part of the Eagles 2017-18 Super Bowl season, started 16 games the last two seasons, and was a valuable asset on defense.
Grugier-Hill will certainly be remebered fondly by Eagles fans, and not just for helping bring a Super Bowl championship to the city for the first time. He was also an excellent team player, and never complained about possibly being asked to do more than he was capable of, especially with all the injuries during the 2019 season.
The linebacker also famously stepped in as kicker during an NFC East matchup in 2017, further endearing himself to Philadelphia fans. He will be missed by Eagles fans, and hopefully he finds himself on another contending team.
