Eagles Star OL Brandon Brooks Carted off Field After Getting Injured on Extra Point Attempt
By Thomas Carannante

The Philadelphia Eagles are decimated to begin with, and it's somehow getting worse with a playoff berth on the line in Week 17.
After taking a 10-3 lead over the New York Giants, Eagles star offensive lineman Brandon Brooks suffered an apparent leg injury on the extra point attempt and was carted off the field.
Brandon Brooks now. On the extra point. You've GOT to be kidding me. https://t.co/kzgRg9QGjB

This O-line has been battered all season, and Brooks himself has been dealing with some mental health issues, so this is a horrible blow for offense, especially since they'll be right back in action for a home playoff game next week if they can beat the G-Men.
It really didn't look good, either. Brooks' Eagles teammates were comforting him as the cart came out to bring him into the locker room.

This sucks. He was carted off the field this year in January in New Orleans. Had an incredible comeback from Achilles injury#Eagles pic.twitter.com/5HvZSoXmEL
With Lane Johnson already out, the Eagles cannot afford to lose any more bodies up front. Carson Wentz needs to stay upright if this team wants to stand a chance.
