Eagles Player Says Team 'Dropped the Ball' by Not Trading for Jalen Ramsey in NSFW Response

The Los Angeles Rams finally pulled the trigger, saving Jalen Ramsey from a sinking ship in the Jacksonville Jaguars. Of course, Sean McVay and Co. paid a hefty price for his services, but the Rams now have the pound-for-pound best cornerback in the NFL patrolling their secondary.
What's not to love?
At least, that's the perspective from one anonymous Eagles player, who stated that their team dropped the ball in not acquiring Ramsey, despite the asking price of two first-round picks and more.
This player's opinion on the matter is compounded by the fact the Eagles' secondary is utterly atrocious right now, with veteran Malcolm Jenkins even admitting as much and challenging the younger DBs on the roster. Thus far, that doesn't seem to have worked.
Ramsey wouldn't have solved all the Eagles' issues, and Howie Roseman isn't interested in deploying all of Philadelphia's draft capital long-term. The Rams, while better equipped to deal with the modern NFL right now, also don't have a first-round draft pick for the next four years.
That's paying the ultimate sacrifice, and while Roseman is confident in his team's chances at obtaining Super Bowl glory, he clearly saw no reason to make such a dramatic move for a player in a contract year.
