Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz is bringing back a huge charity event in the City of Brotherly Love.

This Friday, Wentz will be hosting the second annual AO1 Foundation charity softball game at Citizens Bank Park, which will feature 30 of his Eagles teammates.

The AO1 Foundation supports its Outdoors Program, the Haiti Sports Complex, and the Thy Kingdom Crumb Food Truck. Last year's softball game sold over 25,000 advanced tickets and raised over $850,000 for those programs.

Have no fear Eagles fans, Wentz will not be playing in Friday night's game. Instead, he will serve as the coach of the Eagles offense, who will face off against the team's defense, managed by safety Rodney McLeod.

Wentz didn't participate in last year's game due to his recovery from a torn ACL. The fourth-year signal caller has just healed up from a stress fracture in his back that knocked him out for the final portion of last season.

Notable members of the Eagles participating in the game include DeSean Jackson, Jordan Howard, Zach Ertz, Vinny Curry, and Brandon Graham.

The home run derby will kick off at 6:30 p.m. ET on Friday, and the game will begin at 7:30 p.m. ET.
