The Philadelphia Eagles have made a pair of roster moves, bolstering their offensive line while cutting bait with some excess receiving depth.

The Eagles signed offensive guard Johnny Gibson, a participant in the team's Rookie Minicamp. He impressed during his tryout, enough to land him a spot on the team's 90-man roster.

Gibson was an undrafted rookie out of the University of Arkansas, and he's overcome adversity and uncertainty in the past, having played 15 games for the Razorbacks before the program rewarded him with a scholarship in 2016.

In order to accommodate the addition of Gibson, the Birds waived wide receiver Dorren Miller. The 24-year-old has never made an appearance in an NFL game, but has bounced around various practice squads as he seeks an opportunity to hit the field. He joined the team in January, but was cut just four months later.

Miller played college ball at Carson-Newman University, before going undrafted and ultimately joining the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2018. He joined the Eagles later that year on the team's practice squad.
