Eagles WR DeSean Jackson Threatens to Shut Skip Bayless Up in Recent Instagram Story

Skip Bayless is no stranger to controversy –– but neither is DeSean Jackson. So when Skip, a sports pundit known for his wild, biased, and at-times childish takes, decided to take an unnecessary shot at DeSean during an interview with Gerald McCoy, Jackson didn't let Bayless off the hook.

Bayless, an outspoken Cowboys fan (at least, he pretends to be), asked McCoy about the speedy Eagles wide receiver, describing Jackson as someone who "still has growing up problems." Although McCoy, DeSean's former teammate, took the high road and spoke glowingly about the receiver, D-Jax took to Instagram to air out his grievances with Skip's phrasing.

I'll say this: publicly threatening to shut someone up is not the best way to prove you've matured. Still, though, this one feels like it's on Bayless.

Skip himself has not proven to be mature enough to receive the benefit of the doubt on something like this, and the shot he took at DeSean seemed to be completely unnecessary, perhaps simply done out of spite for the Cowboys' arch rivals.

Regardless of Jackson's past, he had very few issues during his time with the Buccaneers, and all reports regarding his attitude and performance since returning to the Eagles have been positive.

Even if D-Jax crossed a line, it's not such a big deal, considering the beef is with Skip. Because just like pretty much every other interaction he has, Bayless comes out looking like the clown.
