VIDEO: Elfrid Payton Starts Grizzlies-Knicks Skirmish by Shoving Jae Crowder After Stat-Padding 3-Point Attempt

Elfrid Payton was having none of this. Despite leading the Knicks by double-digits in the closing seconds, Grizzlies forward Jae Crowder tried to add to the stat sheet with a corner 3-pointer while the majority of the Knicks were already walking towards the bench. Payton saw this, and shoved Crowder to the ground hard, starting a brawl.

Payton had every right to be upset, but what exactly did he expect to happen when he shoved Crowder into the third row? Thankfully, the skirmish was broken up shortly thereafter, and with the game out of hand, the Knicks took another L.
