Erik Spoelstra's Latest Comments Perfectly Sum up Jimmy Butler's Insane Level of Dedication
By Chris Pyo

Jimmy Butler's work ethic is the stuff of legends. Everyone remembers when he was with the Minnesota Timberwolves and reportedly led the second and third-string players to a win over the first-stringers, including Karl Anthony-Towns and Andrew Wiggins.
That's definitely carried over to Butler's current tenure with the Miami Heat, and head coach Erik Spoelstra recognizes how much time and dedication Butler has invested thus far into the Heat.
Spoelstra said Butler came in on Thursday's day off, just to watch Dragic work out.

On an off-day where Butler could've been doing anything in the city of Miami -- which is most professionals' dream city to play in -- he was at the Heat facility watching point guard Goran Dragic put in some work.
Dragic has been working his way back from a groin injury that's cost him the past nine games. Evidently, Jimmy Buckets wanted to see how his courtmate was progressing and cared enough to spend his valuable time watching him practice.

Butler finally seems to have found a steady NBA home in Miami, and he's led the Heat to a 20-8 record thus far, good for third in the Eastern Conference.
