Experts Forgetting One Key X-Factor for Oklahoma Against LSU
By Michael Luciano

As they prepare to take on a Heisman winner in Joe Burrow and a Coach of the Year in Ed Orgeron, Jalen Hurts and the No. 4 Oklahoma Sooners are being written off by many before they even play a down of football against No. 1 LSU in the Peach Bowl.
Hurts and the Sooners might not have the best defense, but their quarterback has proven that he can beat teams like LSU, even when playing in an offense less explosive than Lincoln Riley's.
Here's your friendly reminder that Jalen Hurts has never lost a college game in the city of Atlanta:

Hurts has seen these SEC defenses before, and has sliced them up with his arm and with his legs several times over. He's defeated LSU defenses that are much better than Dave Aranda's shaky 2019 unit.
When you pair Hurts' skill with the fact that Riley was able to put up points against both Georgia and Alabama in the playoff during the last two seasons, you can get a truly frightening offensive combination that will take aim at LSU's much criticized defense.
"Nobody outside this locker room believes we can win this game or even be in this game, so how would you look at it? Lincoln has every right to be pissed off and feel disrespected."

On Lincoln Riley, who is pissed off ahead of the Peach Bowl:https://t.co/UpQBt2ojCe
Keep in mind, everyone thought that Cardale Jones and No. 4 Ohio State had no chance against Alabama in the inaugural playoff, and they ended up winning the whole thing. It would be extremely unwise for LSU or college football as a whole to count the Sooners out before a ball has even been kicked in Atlanta.
