Falcons Waive Running Back Jeremy Langford

After being placed on injured reserve back in May with an undisclosed injury designation, the Atlanta Falcons have officially waived running back Jeremy Langford.
Langford was drafted in the fourth round by the Chicago Bears back in 2015.

The four-year veteran was added to the Falcons practice squad back in November. He played in only one game in 2018 and rushed for 25 yards and no touchdowns on 9 rushing attempts.

The 26-year-old out of Michigan State has donned a number of uniforms during his brief NFL tenure. After being cut by the Bears in September of 2017, Langford has spent time with the Baltimore Ravens, New York Jets, Miami Dolphins and then the Falcons.
In 29 careers games (five starts), Langford has tallied 219 rushing attempts for 762 yards and 10 touchdowns.
