Fan Rocks Full 'Astros Cheater' Costume Complete With Fake Camera to Spring Training
By Michael Luciano
All 29 other MLB fanbases are still making fun of the Houston Astros and their fanbase for their refusal to take any sort of blame in their sign-stealing scandal or even admit that it went to the depths that has been reported.
Some, however, put more effort into that pastime than others. This fan created an entire costume meant to take shots at the Astros, complete with an "Astro Cam" as well as a jersey and hat with "CHEATERS" emblazoned across it.
Depending on whether this guy is an Astros fan relishing the new bad boy look of the franchise, which can't be ruled out at this juncture, the context surrounding this whole outfit changes. If he is an Astros fan, this might be the most obnoxious act from Houston fans accepting their role as the league's villains yet.
If he isn't an Astros fan, then he just gave the Astros a lot of money when he bought that jersey and hat. Hope it was worth it.
It's a heartwarming sight to see petty rivalries tossed aside in pursuit of a common goal in baseball, and that goal is constantly hating on anything and everything Astros related. Expect the trend to continue, and the methods with which the Astros get trolled to evolve into even more sophisticated and elaborate forms.
