Fan Spotted Rocking Bears' Patrick Mahomes Jersey Ahead of Clash With Chiefs
By Scott Rogust

The Week 16 edition of Sunday Night Football is an interesting one, to say the least. It's the playoff-bound Kansas City Chiefs hitting the road to face the Chicago Bears.
Bears fans will no doubt feel melancholy heading into the Sunday night game. They'll be matched up with reigning NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes, whom the bears infamously passed on in order to select Mitchell Trubisky in the second overall in the 2017 NFL Draft.
Well, Trubisky's struggles have done nothing but make Bears fans regret the draft pick, and now it seems some are living in an alternate universe in which they did, in fact, draft Mahomes. Spotted outside Soldier Field on Sunday night was a fan rocking a custom Patrick Mahomes Bears jersey.

It's bad enough to for a Bears fan to watch Mahomes play at an elite level in a week-in, week-out basis. Why on Earth would you add to the misery by buying a customized uniform? What are you, a glutton for pain?
Before they meet on @SNFonNBC this weekend, we compare Mitchell Trubisky and Patrick Mahomes' numbers over their last 9 games played.

Little closer than you probably thought, huh? pic.twitter.com/eXzEhg2KeV
The comparisons will be brought up excessively by the NBC broadcast crew, so prepare to see the infamous graphic comparing the first-round QBs of the 2017 draft class at least a handful of times.
