Fans Claim Nike Shirt Gives Away Kevin Durant's Destination Next Year
By Sean Facey
Even with the NBA Finals still ongoing, all rabi fans have their eyes set on where Kevin Durant will play next year.
One fan theory interestingly claims that a Nike shirt may have given away where the superstar will land in the upcoming season, purporting that the shirt knows far more than Durant and Rich Kleiman are letting on.
A Warriors fan on Twitter pointed out that the shirt features all of the places that he's played basketball before listing one additional location: San Francisco.
San Francisco, of course, is right across the bay from Oakland, where the Golden State Warriors will play for real next year after their new arena opens.
Despite the fact that it's all merely speculation, it's still interesting that the cities are in chronological order in terms of Durant's career, and that San Francisco is the only city on the list that he hasn't technically played in. Maybe they're just trying to include the whole Bay Area? Or maybe KD's returning for another run in the team's new digs?
Or maybe it's just a shirt.
Another fan pointed out that Durant has actually lived in all of the listed locations, and that he moved from Oakland to San Francisco last year.
Regardless, this is definitely one to keep in the back pocket as NBA free agency draws closer.
