The third-year star out of South Dakota State, who was second on the team behind Zach Ertz in receptions, touchdowns, and receiving yards, sustained only minor injuries, for which he was treated at a local hospital. Luckily, he isn't expected to have many long-term problems as a result of this incident.
Several Eagles teammates called out Hadala on Twitter, with cornerback Avonte Maddox confirming that Madala would have had "some problems" if Maddox himself was with Goedert that night.

He has since returned home and is "fine," a source said. https://t.co/oPndDd63RE
We can only imagine what Maddox would have done if he got his hands on Hadala.
This situation could have been really ugly for Goedert and the Eagles, but he seems to have escaped serious injury and the perpetrator has been taken into custody.
