VIDEO: Floyd Mayweather Somehow Accused of Assault by Random Fan He Literally Never Touched
By Michael Luciano
Floyd Mayweather is back in the news for another run-in with the law, this time being dinged with an assault allegation. However, that allegation sounds a lot scarier and more serious than what the video of the event actually shows. 32-year-old Ricco Kimborough filed an assault charge against Mayweather that stems from the boxer's interaction with Kimborough at the Fontainebleau Hilton in Miami. However, video has surfaced that shows Mayweather simply talked trash to the fan, and didn't even put his hands anywhere near him. Both parties agree on the fact that he didn't place his hands on Kimborough in the lawsuit.
What is Kimborough even going to lean on here? He verbally assaulted him?
The Miami police will likely do their due diligence, but it doesn't look like Mayweather has to worry much about this case, as giving Kimborough a minor cash settlement is likely going to be the worst-case scenario.
Mayweather is by no means a choir boy, but given the fact that video evidence that exonerates him is already out in the public eye, he probably isn't going to sweat this much.
