It was feared that Feleipe Franks devastating ankle injury suffered against Kentucky back in September would serve as his last action in a Florida Gators uniform. Now, it's been confirmed.

In December, Franks took to social media to disclose his intentions to either enter the NFL Draft or transfer to another school. On Thursday, Franks announced that he will remain in the SEC and transfer to Arkansas.

This settlement comes roughly 24 hours after he made an official visit to the campus in Fayetteville. It's understood that Franks will enroll at Arkansas immediately and partake in spring drills with his new Razorback teammates.

Franks chose the Hogs over both UCF and Kansas.

Franks will only have one year of eligibility remaining since he redshirted as a true freshman with the Gators back in 2016. The 22-year-old signal caller appeared in 27 games for Florida, compiling 4,593 yards, 38 touchdowns, and 17 interceptions.

He'll join a Razorbacks squad that will be welcoming a new head coach in Sam Pittman and offensive coordinator in Kendal Briles.
