Former MLB All-Star Ruben Sierra Had a Salsa Music Career and We Are Stunned

Ruben Sierra had a long and successful MLB career that began in 1986 with the Texas Rangers and ended in 2006 with the Minnesota Twins. He made four All-Star Games and played for nine different teams.
So why is he in the news cycle in 2020? All because one Twitter user shared the news, which some may have known, that Sierra had a salsa music career on the side, and looked utterly ridiculous on his album covers. Wait, what?
Good morning. (It's a good morning because I just found out about baseball guy Ruben Sierra's salsa music career, and also about the incredible album art on his records.) https://t.co/Bftapii8wB pic.twitter.com/Dbdb19Kss5

His albums dropped during the peak of his baseball prime in the 1990s. He was apparently recording his music late at night after games, which just adds even more questions to this surprising story.
ESPN baseball analyst Jon Sciambi was apparently no stranger to the news, though.
Yup...@LeBatardShow got this for me for my birthday in the late 90s. Seriously.

The album art is also a story of his own. Perhaps the best edition is him simply flexing while shirtless. Simple, manly, and to the point. Perfect for a salsa album. This can be chalked up as some bizarre news that somewhat makes sense given the way 2020 has gone.
