Former Packer Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila Displaying Increasingly Troubling Behavior in Retirement
Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila was a force on defense for the Green Bay Packers at the start of this century. He ended up in the franchise's Hall of Fame after calling it a career after the 2008 season, his ninth in the NFL.
Unfortunately, he popped up in the news lately for a truly bizarre incident.
Individuals described as KGB's "friends" reportedly showed up with him at a Christmas pageant featuring his sons. The event took place at a church, and the individuals associated with him were armed with guns.
Gbaja-Biamila did not want his sons participating in this Christmas event, insisting that his sons were his "property," another odd wrinkle in an already problematic story.
The two men who showed up with weapons were arrested, but the Packers Hall of Famer avoided arrest by leaving without incident. He later attempted to eplain the incident in a strange 30-minute video.
Holding uncommon beliefs is one thing, but having friends of yours show up with deadly weapons at a children's event is more than simply concerning; it is downright dangerous.
