FOX Analyst Debuts One of the Dumbest Patriots Takes Ever After 6-0 Start

It's easy to dislike the New England Patriots. They've continuously won a gross amount of football games every season for about two decades now under the feared duo of Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, and they're off to yet another strong start in 2019. They're 6-0 out of the gates this year and head into their Week 7 bye atop the AFC.

But apparently being undefeated through the first six weeks isn't impressive enough for FOX analyst Rob Parker, who quite foolishly called them "the worst 6-0 team I've ever seen."

Sure, the Patriots haven't played the most difficult opponents this year, but this is just a reckless take. The offense has struggled by New England's standards, yet they've managed to put up 31.7 points per game, the third-best mark in the NFL. What's more impressive is that they've done that with a battered offensive line, an aging Tom Brady, and virtually no semblance of a rushing attack.

And that's not even mentioning the defense, which could be in the running for one of the best in franchise history. They've held opponents to an incredibly modest eight points per game and have forced 14 interceptions, literally double the next closest team.

How Parker could call this Patriots team the worst team to start 6-0 of all time defies all logic. An undefeated start is an undefeated start, no matter which way you slice it.

Parker and others can talk all they want about the types of teams and quarterbacks the Patriots have gone up against thus far, but it doesn't matter how weak they are if the team doesn't execute out on the field. They've pieced together an impressive start and deserve far more respect than this.
