Francisco Lindor Pledges Donation to Cancer Research in Touching Instagram Post for Carlos Carrasco

Everyone needs a teammate like Francisco Lindor. The Cleveland Indians star loves the game and makes sure he has a smile on his face as often as possible for the cameras to see.

And let's not forget the unwavering support he has for those close to him, which he showed during the Indians' weekend series against the Tampa Bay Rays.

Following Carlos Carrasco's return to the Indians, Lindor revealed he's going to donate to Childhood Cancer research for every Cleveland victory.

Carrasco was diagnosed with Leukemia about two months ago and the news shocked the MLB, but he underwent treatment and has made his way back to the mound. His journey can undoubtedly be an inspiration to thousands of others battling each and every day.

Lindor pledging $1,000 per Indians win is beyond generous, especially since the team is in the midst of a tight playoff race and needs every victory possible.
