Freeze Frame Proves Refs Screwed Seahawks With Awful Spot on Packers' 3rd Down Conversion to Jimmy Graham

The Green Bay Packers overcame a tremendous Seattle Seahawks comeback in the second half to win 28-23. But of course it didn't end without controversy.

Packers QB Aaron Rodgers hit Jimmy Graham on a crucial third down to effectively end the game, but was it actually a first down?

On Graham's "successful" third-down conversion, the tight end was actually well short of the line, and multiple pictures prove it. Seahawks fans, you might want to look away.

No wonder head coach Pete Carroll was livid.

Seattle came back from the depths to pull within one score in the final few minutes of the game. It must be infuriating to see that they actually got the stop on 3rd and 9, but even after referee review, the officials upheld the original first down call.

Changes need to be made. These errors still somehow determining the outcome of playoff games is laughable, to say the least.

The refs will be the center of blame once again and the NFL won't have any answers, per usual.
