Bill O'Brien backed up the worst trade of the offseason with another uninformed decision.
The Texans are replacing DeAndre Hopkins with Brandin Cooks, himself one of the most overpaid wide receivers in football. By doing so, they've increased their cap situation after citing Hopkins' desire for a new contract as the primary motivation for THAT move.
