10 Funniest Tweets After 49ers Head Coach Kyle Shanahan Blew Another Late Super Bowl Lead vs Chiefs
By Thomas Carannante

The San Francisco 49ers looked like they were well on their way to victory with a 20-10 lead in the fourth quarter. But did everyone forget who was coaching them?
Unfortunately for Kyle Shanahan, the head coach is now on the wrong side of two of the biggest comebacks in Super Bowl history. His Niners allowed 21 points in the fourth quarter to lose 31-20 after dominating for the first 51 minutes.
While that's something he'll have a tough time living down, especially after the blown 28-3 led against the Patriots, Twitter doesn't care. It's a ruthless place.

If we were to recap how the first and second halves looked for 49ers fans, this is how it would've looked like:

While most of the negative spotlight will be on Shanahan (and Jimmy G), we can discount the efforts from Patrick Mahomes and Damien Williams, both of whom led the Chiefs to victory.
“The 49ers are up 20-10 in the 4th quarter, and with this defense? The Chiefs are dead. Bury them.”

And Mahomes indeed had the last laugh ... if you can call it that.

And that's your Super Bowl MVP, folks. That one truly adds insult to injury for Shanahan.
