11 Funniest Tweets After MLB Dropped the Hammer on Astros and Ruined 2017 World Series Legacy
By Mark Powell

MLB has unleashed some serious punishment on the Houston Astros after an intense, months-long investigation revealed widespread wrongdoing throughout the organization with respect to stealing opposing teams' signs. When the dust had settled, general manager Jeff Luhnow and manager AJ Hinch were both unemployed.
While the Astros will not be forced to vacate their 2017 World Series title, there will always be an asterisk next to that accolade from this point forward. For social media purposes, this was exactly what Twitter needed on an otherwise boring Monday hours before the CFP National Championship game between Clemson and LSU. Thank you, Houston.

I, for one, would love to be in attendance.

AJ Hinch: “No big deal, we’ve still got our title. I’ll just take a year off and start fresh in 2021.”
Jim Crane: “Well you can take a lot more than just one year off, you’re fired.”

THE ASTROS: no no check out THIS heartbreak...
Ah, karma. How we've missed you.
I'd just like to note that the Astros are not only cheaters and bloodless shitbags but they also blew four home games in the World Series to a team rallying around a glorified Wiggles song
