Georgia Lands Son of South Carolina Coach Will Muschamp

High school football players are making life-changing decisions this week as they choose their new schools.
A familiar name in Muschamp has just flipped from Colorado State to Georgia. Jackson Muschamp, son of South Carolina head coach Will Muschamp, is headed to Georgia and may one day square off against his dad on the field.

The younger Muschamp is a quarterback and has decided to attend his dad's alma mater and become a Georgia Bulldog. Will Muschamp played at Georgia in the early 90's before getting into coaching.

The quarterback heads to Georgia as a walk-on after committing to Colorado State on a full scholarship, though a few years of hard work could earn him another scholarship at his dream school.
It may take a few years, but SEC fans could witness a few monumental showdowns between father and son in what would create an impossible rooting situation for family members.
