The best offensive lineman in the 2020 NFL Draft class has made it official and gone pro.
Georgia offensive tackle Andrew Thomas, a consensus Top 10 selection in the mock draft community, announced that he will declare for the 2020 NFL Draft. In doing so, he will sit out Georgia's Sugar Bowl matchup against Baylor set for Jan. 1.

Georgia has pumped out several starting-caliber NFL lineman over the last few years, but Thomas could be the best of the bunch. A mauler with incredible physical strength in the running game, Thomas has the nimble feet and refined technique required to excel against the best speed rushers in the SEC.
With multiple years of starting experience at both tackle spots, Thomas is as low-floor a prospect as there is on the offensive line.
Congratulations to 2017 #AllAmericanBowl ?? alum Andrew Thomas (@allforgod_55) for being the recipient of the #SECFB Jacobs Blocking Trophy.#LetsGoPlaces @Toyota #GoDawgs ?

Thank new Arkansas head coach Sam Pittman for developing Thomas into what he is.
Thomas is all but a lock to get drafted in the Top 10 in what is shaping up to be just an average offensive line class. Several teams that high up have pressing needs all over the roster, but Thomas could be an easy fix to any left tackle woes they might have.
